Hello there! I’m Diego Benito, a passionate fitness enthusiast dedicated to helping middle-aged and senior citizens achieve their best selves through health and wellness. With a background in soccer influenced by my father, a former professional player in Argentina, and a journey into amateur boxing, I’ve learned valuable lessons in discipline and perseverance. As a certified trainer with over 10 years of experience, I believe in a holistic approach to fitness that addresses physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
